isn’t it?!? hi diane – this reminds me of those ballet dancers who look entirely relaxed with a (straight!) leg up around/above their head…
it also reminds me of a foster child i once had, who usually lived with a foster family who had 5 great danes in their home. can you believe the house was burgled while the family (and all the dogs!) was sleeping?

Too funny! Those dogs must have had a very blessed sleep!
When my cat sleeps, he is always close-to-awake. If there is a sudden, strange noise, he will jump up, growl (!) and go under one of the beds.
Yes, dancers (and many athletes) do tend to look totally relaxed in positions “normal” folks would find too weird.
